I recently ordered some tumbler from PNW, saw a instagram post on the new company and decided to try them. Ordered them hopping to have in time for a gift, but something went wrong. Emailed the company and they took care of the matter right away which was Great!! However they still did not make it on time for my gift order. Once I recieved the order I went ahead and tried them out. Nice, love the flat bottom. Tumbler came out really nice, I love that the tops are twist on and more secure. I will for sure order more in the future. thanks so much or you quick response in taking care of the order.
