Shipping policy

 

Order Processing

  • The time we need to prepare your order varies. Typically, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order for ready to ship (RTS) items for shipping.
  • Laser-Cut and other Made to Order items take 1-5 business days for processing.
  • The order cutoff for same day shipping, when available, is 12 pm Pacific time.
  • If the processing time will be significantly longer, you will be notified via the email you use used for your purchase.
  • Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing times. Peak season and sale periods may affect processing times.
  • If you participated in a pre-order: please see the pre-order listing for details on approximate turnaround times.
  • If you combine pre-order items with ready to ship items, your order will NOT ship until the pre-order items arrive!

Shipping

  • We offer a flat-rate system based on total order weight for all orders under $300.  Orders are shipped by our choice of USPS or UPS to the lower US States. If you have a preference of carrier, please make a note on checkout and we will try our best to accommodate. 
  • The flat-rate tiers are per Ship From location. Ordering from multiple locations will result in double shipping fees. We ship from Oregon and Tennessee. You have the option on your shopping cart page to choose your shipping location.

Flat Rate Tiers:
Under 1 lb = $7.99
1-8 lbs = $13.99
8-19 lbs = $19.99
20-29 lbs = $27.99
30+ lbs = $39.99

  • Free Shipping on orders over $300+ applies to the subtotal after discounts are applied* 
  • *Shipping Surcharges for Remote Locations: The shipping company may impose extra fees for servicing your area. These fees are the responsibility of the BUYER and will be billed to you if you are deemed to live in a Remote Location.
  • Please note: once an order is shipped it's out of our hands how your package is handled. Regrettably, damage during shipment may occur. We offer Navidium protection service for your orders. You opt out of Navidium at your own risk.  Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-Orders/Buy-Ins are group orders with minimum quantities (MOQ) needed in order to get the best pricing. When you order that is your commitment to purchase. Pre-Orders are NOT quick turnarounds, please plan accordingly.
  • There is approximately a 2-8 week wait time for pre-orders. Because of the extended waiting period, these items are typically priced lower than Ready to Ship (RTS) items.
  • There is NO Cancellation of pre-ordered items unless authorized. You agree to all the terms of the pre-order upon purchase. All details of pre-orders can be found in the specific listing for the Pre-Order item.

Combined Orders

  • If you want to combine orders we will try our best to accommodate. We cannot combine orders where stock is located in multiple locations. 
  • You must contact us via email at hello@pnwblamks.com BEFORE your order ships. It is up to our discretion if orders can be combined into one shipment.
  • If we approve a combined order you will be refunded for any shipping overages minus a $2 handling charge, when applicable, within 7 days.

Tracking

  • All orders are packaged prior to shipping labels being made. 
  • You will receive an email with your tracking information. If an email has been received, your order has already been dropped off at our local hub. We don't play the game of creating a label when it isnt shipped to make it look as if it has shipped.
