Refund policy

Please note: PNW Blanks is not responsible for any technical issues related to the sublimation process such as: using the wrong settings, equipment, ink, not wrapping the image tightly, other user error, etc. 

Returns/Refunds

  • Should you request a refund before your order is shipped, your refund will be processed in full minus a cancellation fee of 7%. We do not cancel or refund any delayed or already shipped items.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are only granted if there is a defect in the item or a mistake on our part.
  • Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. Refunds will not be granted for forced returns.
  • After receiving your item(s), you have 10 days to inform us of a problem with your order to be granted a refund/exchange/replacement.
  • If your items arrive damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via email. You must send pictures of the damaged items, inner packaging, outer packaging showing the shipping label to pnwblanksanna@gmail.com. You must save your packaging until the claim is fully processed. The shipping company may require you to present it along with the damaged items for inspection.
  • Do NOT submit your own shipping claim. We will do so on your behalf. 
  • If you opt out of shipping protection, we are not liable for lost of damaged items. Contact us anyway and we'll do our best to resolve the problem to the best of our ability.
  • Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders

    • Digital downloads

    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
